2lb bag tater tots (partially defrosted)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Crumbled cooked bacon (I used 1/2 lb bacon)
1 lb uncooked skinless boneless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
3/4 cup milk
Spray a 9×13″ baking dish. Spread half the tater tots in the bottom of the baking dish, top with 1/3 cheese and 1/3 bacon pieces. Sprinkle chicken pieces over the top of the bottom layer. Season with salt an pepper. Sprinkle 1/3 cheddar cheddar cheese and bacon over chicken.
Place remaining tater tots on top of previous layer and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.
Pour the milk over the top of the casserole and cover with foil. Bake at 350F for about an hour. I removed the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking time until the tater tots are crisp on the top.
