Musculature is, in part, inherited–how naturally big your muscles are will be determined to a degree by your genes. However, any healthy person can build muscle and can do so quickly if a good muscle-building diet and exercise regiment is followed. If you want to build muscle quickly, the most important things to remember are the following: eat high-quality proteins, exercise with free weights, and rest your muscles every two to three days.
