Puffy Dogs are a quick and easy snack that is perfect for children’s parties. Cocktail Frankfurters are combined with cheese and sauce, then wrapped in a layer of puff pastry. Baked until golden and puffed, these little babies will be a big hit at your next party – give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

18 Cocktail Frankfurters (or little sausages)
2 Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry (thawed)
1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup of Tomato Ketchup
1 Egg (lightly beaten)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes

MAKES 18 PUFFY DOGS

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
