Pad Thai noodles
2 chicken breasts (500g)
12 prawns
5 spring onions (chopped)
1 red chilli (chopped)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
3 pieces of palm sugar (grated)
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of tamarind paste
the juice of one large lemon
1 teaspoon of lemon grass
1 egg
green beans (small handful)
sugar peas (small handful)
crushed peanuts
bean sprouts
